Privacy overview
This notice explains how the current public AchieveX website handles information. The website does not provide user accounts, a production enquiry form, a newsletter, advertising, or behavioural analytics.
Information reaches AchieveX only when you choose to contact us through an external email or telephone service. One guided feature, Design Your Infrastructure, uses browser memory and limited session storage as described below.
Information you provide
The Contact page uses mailto and telephone links. Selecting one of those links opens the email or calling application available on your device. If you then send an email or place a call, AchieveX will receive the information you choose to provide so that we can understand and respond to the enquiry.
The current website does not contain an active web enquiry form. It does not accept résumé uploads, candidate applications, newsletter subscriptions, account registrations, or file uploads.
- Limit an initial enquiry to information reasonably needed to explain the business problem or conversation.
- Do not send passwords, API keys, credentials, confidential production data, regulated personal information, or other sensitive material through the website or an initial email.
Design Your Infrastructure
While you complete the guided infrastructure brief, your selections and optional written context are held in the page's React state. Generating a brief does not send those answers to AchieveX or to an analytics service.
If you choose “Start a conversation” from the completed brief, the current input and generated blueprint are copied to sessionStorage under the AchieveX site origin. The destination Contact URL carries only derived outcome and infrastructure-layer identifiers; it does not place your free-text answer in the URL or send the stored brief to a server.
Session storage is controlled by your browser and normally lasts for the current tab or browser session, including page refreshes. You can remove it by closing the tab or clearing site data. Using “Copy brief” writes the brief to your device clipboard only after you request that action.
Information the site may process automatically
The application itself does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or other product analytics. It does not set non-essential cookies.
As with most websites, the hosting, content-delivery, security, and network providers used to make the site available may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals. Their processing depends on the production hosting arrangement and is used to deliver and protect the service.
Site fonts and media are served as part of the website. The current application does not embed third-party social feeds, videos, maps, or remote font services in public pages.
How information is used
Information sent directly to AchieveX may be used to respond to the enquiry, understand whether a conversation is relevant, maintain an accountable business record, protect the company and its systems, and meet applicable legal obligations.
The website's local interface state is used only to provide the interaction you selected. AchieveX does not currently use that state for advertising, profiling, automated decisions about visitors, or cross-site tracking.
Third-party services
When you use an email or telephone link, your chosen email, telecommunications, device, and network providers process the communication under their own terms and privacy practices.
Hosting and network providers may process technical request information to deliver, secure, and maintain the site. AchieveX does not currently integrate a production CRM, lead store, recruitment platform, newsletter provider, or marketing-analytics service into the public website.
Storage and retention
The website does not maintain a production database of visitor enquiries. Session storage created by Design Your Infrastructure remains in the browser session until it is cleared by the browser or the visitor.
If you contact AchieveX outside the website, the resulting correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, protect legitimate interests, and meet applicable obligations. A single guaranteed retention period is not stated because the appropriate period depends on the nature and status of the communication.
Security
AchieveX uses proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect the website and information handled through its business processes. No website, network, browser, or communication channel can be guaranteed completely secure.
Visitors should use the direct channels only for an initial, non-confidential conversation unless a more appropriate method has been agreed.
Your choices and requests
You can use the public site without providing contact information. You may choose not to use the guided brief, clear its session storage, or contact AchieveX with a request about information you previously sent.
Requests and questions about website information can be sent to admin@achievexsolutions.com. AchieveX may need enough information to understand and respond to the request and may need to retain some records where permitted or required.
Changes and contact
This notice may be updated when the public website, its hosting, or its data-handling features change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest revision.
