Case Study: New Development for an Ecommerce Start-up in India

The Background:

The client is a state housing department in India. The client called in AchieveX’s Government Advisory team for a web asset design, development and maintenance project.

The Business Objectives & Challenges:
The mandate was to development, update, upload, upgrade and maintain the official website of the housing Department for an initial period of 3 years

AchieveX’s Solution:

  • Besides creating a regular information portal for the housing department, the AchieveX Government Advisory team was also requested to incorporate an online application into the project
  • We also incorporated a function that enabled payment of rent for tenants of government housing projects and generation of receipt for the same
  • AchieveX is currently managing regular updating, uploading, upgrading, and adding information for the portal

  • While the project is still ongoing, we have received oral feedback that the clients are happy that the web portal has created transparency in the day-to-day functioning of the department, leading to enhanced trust from the people of the state.
